Beautiful Nigerian alternate pop, afrobeat and afro fusion singer-songwriter and record producer, Emoseh Khamofu, better known as Bloody Civilian has just ended her 3 year solo musical hiatus that started from 2023 to dropping a fresh, banging, hot and brand new collaborative single titled “SPACE FUJI” featuring vocal sensational and depth singer, Boj and talented modern fuji oriented musician Terry Apala on this break off trendy sound, as she marks a reignited succession into musical collaborations away from her solo runs hibernation in her musical journey into 2026.
The Dej Jam recordings/UK arm artiste and Grammy award winning producer had been laid back to making and creating music solely by herself, with herself and for herself since her last feature tracks from 2022. prior to going on a hibernate solo run, her last collaboration was the song, WAKE UP featuring Africa’s afro fusion prince, Rema, and went on to release solo songs all through 2023 up until now.
This tune she dropped is said to be her pivot into a major alternative sound because of all the attention it has been garnering through the originality, precision and relatable quality of the song, as it is characterised with a traditional Fuji chants and rhythm with afro house talking drums introduction, mixed with an alternate afrobeat tempo and a sci-fi intuition from outer space, maxed out with a blend of three naturally unique vocal layerings from the deliveries all artistes, from Bloody’s bold, calm and commanding lyrical geniusness, to Terry’s original fuji-inspired prowess and Boj’s melodic intonation with laid back vocals.
